Experience:

Since qualifying as an executive coach in 2003, Fiona has coached a variety of senior and executive level clients within the private and public sectors. She has over 1500 hours of coaching experience and has worked for clients such as Kerry Foods, CPP, North and West Yorkshire Probation Services, Calderdale MBC, York City Council, Kingston Communications, Damart, Genzyme, Perry Slingsby Systems, BAE Systems, Hanover Housing and AOL.

• Fiona has over 15 years experience both as an internal and external consultant; she has worked in a variety of Financial Services and Public Sector organisations specialising in the management of HR, people and organisational aspects of large organisation wide changes. She understands the challenges that organisations, teams and individuals face in managing and making change stick. She is an experienced consultant, helping organisations to deliver successful change programmes
• Fiona has designed, delivered and evaluated a number of coaching programmes and interventions over the past 5 years
• She has first hand experience of helping managers overcome the issues and challenges they face in their changing and complex environments
• As a highly trained executive coach, Fiona has particular expertise in changing behaviour, improving performance, building confident leadership.
  • She is highly trained in the use of a wide variety of validated coaching, change and learning tools which have a strong psychological base.
  • She also draws on her business consulting background in change management, which has given her first hand experience of working with directors and senior managers on significant strategic and personal change issues.
  • This is combined with a range of business problem solving and planning tools which together provide a comprehensive approach to facilitating change and professional growth.

• MA Organisational Psychology from University College Dublin
• BA (Honours degree) in Psychology from University College Dublin
